Official rules

This promotion (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by AYCHE, LLC, doing business as Hunter Constantine, of 12112 N. Rancho Vistoso Blvd #150-224, Oro Valley, AZ 85755 (the "Sponsor"). The Giveaway is governed by these Official Rules, which are binding upon every entrant. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Entry and the receipt of any prize are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. An entrant who is not lawfully permitted to receive a particular prize component in the entrant's jurisdiction of residence will forfeit that component as provided in these Official Rules, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be owed except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

Officers, directors, and employees of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of the Giveaway, together with the Sponsor's authorized dealers and wholesale accounts, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members of each of the foregoing, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Purchases made on dealer or wholesale accounts do not earn entries.

The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Mountain Standard Time ("MST") on August 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM MST on October 31, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period are not eligible. The Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

There are five (5) methods of entry. Four of them are free. An entrant may use any or all of them during the Giveaway Period.

Method 1 — Online free entry. Visit https://beltafterdark.hunterconstantine.com/amoe and complete the entry form with the entrant's full legal name, a valid email address, and a mailing address. One (1) entry will be credited per person per email address per calendar day during the Giveaway Period. Submissions in excess of that daily limit are void.

Method 2 — Free mail-in entry. To enter without any purchase or online action, hand-print the entrant's full legal name, complete mailing address, email address, telephone number, and date of birth on a three-inch by five-inch (3" x 5") card and mail it in a stamped #10 envelope to: AYCHE, LLC, Attn: Belt After Dark Giveaway, 12112 N. Rancho Vistoso Blvd #150-224, Oro Valley, AZ 85755. Each entry must be mailed separately. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2026, and received by November 7, 2026. Mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries are void.

Method 3 — Entries with purchase. An entrant who makes a qualifying purchase at hunterconstantine.com during the Giveaway Period, using the same email address as the entrant's entry identity, will receive one (1) entry for each whole one dollar ($1.00) of the order's post-discount merchandise subtotal actually paid, exclusive of taxes and shipping. In addition, the entrant will receive one thousand five hundred (1,500) entries for each HC x BB RāDR Knife, five hundred (500) entries for each qualifying HC Merch item, and two hundred fifty (250) entries for each other qualifying HC Goods item purchased. These item bonuses are awarded per unit purchased. The RāDR Knife bonus replaces the HC Goods bonus and does not stack with another item bonus. The HC x BB RāDR Knife is the product at hunterconstantine.com/products/hc-x-bb-radr-knife. For purposes of these Official Rules, an "HC Merch item" is a product in the Sponsor's Apparel collection at hunterconstantine.com/collections/apparel, and an "HC Goods item" is a product in the Sponsor's HC Goods collection at hunterconstantine.com/collections/hc-goods, excluding in each case Ammo Sack products and gift cards, as those collections are constituted at the time of purchase.

Qualifying purchases made at any time during the Giveaway Period are credited regardless of when the entrant first signs in to the entry portal. If an order or any item within it is refunded or cancelled, the entries attributable to that order or item are withdrawn, including both the per-dollar entries corresponding to the amount refunded and any one thousand five hundred (1,500), five hundred (500), or two hundred fifty (250) item entries awarded for each refunded or cancelled unit. All purchases are final regardless of the outcome of the Giveaway, and no purchase is refundable on account of the Giveaway.

Method 4 — Free bonus action entries. A signed-in entrant may earn one (1) entry for subscribing to the Sponsor's email newsletter, and one (1) entry for each account followed or subscribed to among the following, in each case once per entrant: on Instagram, @hunter_constantine, @twotracknation, @gp_nvgs, @zevtech, @vortexoptics, @surefire_llc, @haleystrategicofficial, @safarilandgroup, and @brotherhoodblades; and on YouTube, Hunter Constantine, Two Track Nation, ZEV Technologies, Vortex Optics, SureFire, Haley Strategic, and Safariland. Completion of these actions is self-attested at the time of entry, and the Sponsor reserves the right to verify completion before awarding any prize.

Method 5 — Free referral entries. Each signed-in entrant is issued a personal referral link. The entrant will receive one (1) entry for each person who signs in to the entry portal through that link, up to a maximum of fifty (50) referral entries per entrant.

There is no limit on the total number of entries an entrant may accumulate across the methods described above. The per-method limits stated within each method continue to apply.

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Methods 1, 2, 4, and 5 are free methods of entry and are available to every eligible entrant throughout the Giveaway Period. Every entry received, regardless of the method by which it was obtained, carries equal weight and has an equal chance of being selected in the drawing. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to one (1) winner, consisting of the following:

• Night-vision package: one (1) L3Harris AN/PVS-31A binocular night-vision device, one (1) Ops-Core FAST SF bump helmet, one (1) Wilcox G24 mount, one (1) S&S Precision M-AX mount bundle, and one (1) OTTE helmet bag. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $15,375.
• Pistol package: one (1) ZEV OZ9 pistol with aluminum and polymer grip modules, one (1) Vortex Defender XL optic, and one (1) SureFire X300V weapon light. ARV: $2,575.
• Load-carriage package: one (1) Haley Strategic chest carrier with attachments, one (1) Haley Strategic D3 Slick belt, one (1) Safariland 63-series Level II holster, and one (1) Brotherhood Blades MOLLE ORCA knife. ARV: $1,950.
• Thermal optic: one (1) Vortex Veil 400 thermal monocular. ARV: $2,300.
• Travel experience: a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Tucson, Arizona for a range day with the Sponsor's principal, consisting of round-trip air travel for two (2) from a major airport nearest the winner's residence, ground transportation, and up to two (2) nights' lodging. ARV: $3,200.

The total ARV of the Grand Prize is approximately $25,400. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The prize is awarded as-is, without warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value should any component become unavailable for any reason. No cash equivalent and no substitution by the winner is permitted.

Travel component. The travel experience must be taken on dates mutually agreed between the winner and the Sponsor and, unless the Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing, within twelve (12) months of prize notification. The winner and the winner's guest must each be 21 years of age or older at the time of travel and must each possess valid government-issued photo identification sufficient for domestic air travel. The winner and the guest must travel together on the same itinerary; the guest may not be substituted after travel is booked, and no cash equivalent is available in place of the guest's travel. The winner is responsible for the guest's conduct, and the guest must execute the same liability release as the winner. If the winner's guest is a minor, is unable to travel, or declines to execute the required release, the guest's travel is forfeited without substitution or cash equivalent. The travel experience does not include meals, gratuities, incidentals, baggage fees, travel insurance, or any expense not expressly listed above, all of which are the responsibility of the winner. If the winner is unable or unwilling to travel for any reason, the travel component is forfeited without substitution or cash equivalent. The Sponsor is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by weather, carrier action, or any other cause beyond its control. Participation in a range day involves inherent risk, and the winner and the guest will each be required to execute a liability release and comply with all range safety rules and the directions of range staff as a condition of participation.

Firearm component. The winner must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, ownership, and possession of firearms. The winner must be lawfully eligible to purchase and possess firearms in the winner's state of residence, and the firearm will be transferred only through a Federal Firearms License holder, including completion of ATF Form 4473 and all required background checks. If the winner resides in a jurisdiction in which possession of the awarded firearm is prohibited or restricted, fails or refuses to complete the required background check, or is otherwise disqualified from firearm ownership under applicable law, the winner forfeits the firearm component and may receive, at the Sponsor's sole discretion, a substitute of equal or lesser value or no substitute at all. All costs of the transfer, including any dealer transfer fee, are the responsibility of the winner.

The night-vision device and the thermal optic are each subject to United States export-control laws and regulations. These items will be shipped only to an address within the United States, and the winner must be a U.S. person as that term is defined under applicable export-control law. The winner may not export, re-export, or otherwise transfer these items outside the United States, or to any foreign person, except in accordance with applicable law, and is solely responsible for such compliance. Receipt and possession of these items remain subject to the winner's applicable state and local laws.

The winner is solely responsible for all costs associated with claiming, receiving, and owning the Grand Prize, including all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any delivery or transfer costs not expressly borne by the Sponsor.

On or about November 7, 2026, the Sponsor will select thirty (30) finalists in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, each eligible entry constituting one (1) chance. The finalist drawing will be conducted by computerized random selection from the sealed entry record, and the Sponsor will publish the parameters of that selection so that the result may be independently reproduced.

The Sponsor will then verify the eligibility of the finalists and select the Grand Prize winner at random from among the verified finalists in a wheel drawing conducted on or about November 14, 2026, which may be recorded and published. All drawings will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding.

Finalists and the winner will be notified within five (5) business days of the applicable drawing, by email at the address provided upon entry and, where applicable, by direct message on Instagram. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, that person forfeits the prize and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among the remaining verified finalists.

Except where prohibited by law, the winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification. Because the prize is valued at six hundred dollars ($600) or more, the winner will be required to furnish a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax-reporting purposes. Failure to return the required documentation within the stated period results in forfeiture of the prize and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from the prize. The Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner reporting the fair market value of the prize as income. Each entrant is encouraged to consult a tax professional regarding the consequences of accepting a prize.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway should fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. In such event the Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to the event giving rise to the action.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, who enters or attempts to enter by any means not expressly permitted by these Official Rules, or who otherwise violates these Official Rules. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may violate criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and assigns (the "Released Parties") from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation personal injury, death, property damage, invasion of privacy, defamation, and claims founded on rights of publicity, copyright, or trademark.

The Released Parties are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, damaged, garbled, incomplete, or illegible; for technical failures of any kind, including electronic, hardware, or software malfunction; for any injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway; or for printing, typographical, human, or other error in the administration of the Giveaway or the announcement of the prize.

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://hunterconstantine.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, each entrant consents to the collection and use of the entrant's personal information as described in that policy and for the purpose of administering the Giveaway.

Administration of the Giveaway includes periodically matching an entrant's email address against the Sponsor's store purchase records in order to credit purchase entries, apply refund and cancellation adjustments, and verify entries before any prize is awarded. The Sponsor may use entrants' names and email addresses for marketing communications, from which entrants may opt out at any time.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, and city and state of residence for promotional and advertising purposes in any medium, without further compensation or notice.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pima County, Arizona. Each entrant waives any right to trial by jury and agrees that any claim shall be brought solely in the entrant's individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
